If I owned the world
If I owned the world,
You could wake up in New York, have breakfast in Paris, golf In Scotland, go to lunch in San palo, relax in the cool forest of Geneva, drop by Tokyo for dinner, watch the sun set in Santorini, and be back in New York for the night.
If I controlled the world
When you wanted rain you would turn the humidity up on your remote, when you wanted sunshine you would turn up the brightness, and when you wanted peace and quite just hit mute
If I were in charge of the world
When you thought about asking that special person out, you would hear your doorbell ring, when you opened it you would find them standing there just waiting.
If I were over the world
I would be standing on the moon with my head in the clouds, thinking of that special someone.
If I laid out the world
Every other mile would be lined with roses, every other mile would be lined with violets, and all the streets would be named I love you.
If I owned the world
Heck you could visit with dead people, they wouldn't talk back, but you would get a recording coming from behind there face, but all you wanted was to just hear their voice saying, how much they miss you but not to worry, just get on with your life and, hurry, go back to driving kids, and waging war, and being handy.
If I planned the world
On every mountain there would be a boy with a stick for a sword in hand and bucket for a crown on the head shouting at the top of his lungs, "I am the king of the word, I am the king of the world, I am the king of the world" but he would be wrong, because, that would be me, but he would be heard in every valley, on every farm, and in every general store, by every granny saying that's my boy.
If I owned the world
Every tome stone would be a tv playing a loop of the first time you met, because that's the only meeting that matters, and it would end with the last time you saw them because thats the only good bye that you remember.
If I stood on top of the world
I would be working to divinity, and I would go to the stars to conquer the end and bring it to the beginning so you could see who you would be
If I owned the world
All you would have to do is dream.
"Get rid of anything that isn't absolutely essential"

The ending loop
Just an ordinary day. 6:00 am the alarm goes off, beep beep beep... I get up wishing I could go back to sleep but knowing that if I do I will never get off to school. I walk dowthe hall and get in the shower. Ah the warm water feels nice. I walk back to my room and do some things on my computer, check email, make sure I have all my home work done, browse a little. Time for breakfast, I go to the kitchen thing of eggs and toast and bacon, I pull open the fridge and pull out the milk, then go over to the cupboard and grab the honey, the honey-nut cherries that is, and sit down at the table and eat a quick breakfast. I grab my back pack and go out the door to school. I get to school and go to my locker move thing between that and my backpack and wander the halls looking for some friends to talk to. The bells rings and another long day of school begins... School ends I go home eat, change, and am off to work, till 8ish. Come home watch tv and do homework till 11:00 or 12:00, hit the sack, then tap the loop button to start it all over... Until one day I don't wake up... I sleep till 8:00, PM. I wake up and my world has turned upside down. I can't go to sleep till 6 AM I can't get up till 8 PM. I have turned into a racoon with super powers, powers that can save the world...
Will he stay as the raccoon?
Will he ever be able to go back?
Why a raccoon?
Will he stay as the raccoon?
Will he ever be able to go back?
Why a raccoon?

Take it all (Shake The Dust)
This is for all the bank robbers, who take indirectly take your money. This is for all the teachers who take your time and give it back in the form of knowledge. This is for the girls, the ones who steal your heart and never give it back. Take it all. This is for the bullies who beat on the hopeless ones. This is for the deacons who take your money, and wander around the neighborhood. This is for App developers who create ways to take your time and money. This is for your boss. Take it all. This is for maids. This is for the IRS. This is for the draft, to take and separate brothers. Take it all. This is for the hobo on the corner of 1st and state. This is for kings, presidents, and dictators. This is for the common people. Take it all! But give it back. Take it all and change it. Take it all and change the world. With what you take, change it to be the best it can be and use it to take more and give more. Don't just take it all. Give it all!

Gandhi
I've lost the light... The reason for my life... I use to have a reason for living, a passion that I would work to each day, but now I am just going through the motions of life. I just go to school and do my work, when I remember to do it, go home and go to work, when I don't have school I just work. Work is my life, over spring break I just worked full time, that's 40 hours of working during a time when I should have been having fun with friends, swimming and spending time in the sun relaxing. The times I don't have work I am usually inside not out side. I keep forgetting to enjoy mother nature when I have it. I have lost so much of myself now, I am like a robot just going through life, when will I lose my self completely, when will we all lose ourselves completely?... I use to have a light in my life I hope to get that light back in my life but I just might have to wait till I am out of high school and can get out a routine lifestyle. Hope to be able to say, "tonight is not the last time I'll see the light".

Jealousy
The Road Not Taken, it has a stupid name at first then as you think about it an abandon road comes to mind, a road full of adventure, a road that can be full of danger, a road full of surprises, that's not this poem though this poem has no surprises it is just a calm relaxing poem that gives you a feeling of inspiration to do what no one else has done before to be the first for a whole new idea. I have loved this poem since 4th grade, I don't know why it just was one that I loved and have tried to mimic the feelings that it creates, eventually I tried to just create a feeling in people with my writing but I still could not do it like this poem.

Complaints
I'm tired. I'm tired of the snow, the cold, and the lifeless world outside my window. I'm tired of not being able to go, not being able to hold, not being able to rhyme. I'm tired of school, of work, of just sitting with nothing to do. I'm tired of being the last one to leave, of having to stay, of not being free. I'm tired not getting that 8 hours of sleep every night, of waking up before the sun just so I can sit inside all day and listen to the endless talk of old people. I'm tired of the endless torment of not being as good as those before me, of letting every one down, of not achieving what they think is inside me. I'm tired of worrying of the future, of worrying the past, of worrying of now. I'm tired of not being able to put my head down at night without thinking of all the possibilities of how I might have screwed up, of thinking of all the possible ways I can yet fail, and of all the possibilities to live the rest of my life. I'm tired of not knowing the end, of not understanding the present, of wondering why I am who I am. I'm tired of the uncertainty of life, of always questioning life. I'm tired of being tired of things.

Love Is...
Love is a passion for someone that you will do what ever it takes to be with them. Love is not letting go of a dream. Love is a pool of water in hell. Love is a garden, tend, nourish, and add to it and it will blossom into enjoyment for those involved, ignore it and it turns into a tangled mass that eats at all it comes in contact with. Love is every thing in life.

Boulevard of Broken Dreams...
I walk alone... I walk alone... Down a never ending street, there is no beginning no end to the torment of broken dreams. On either side towering structures all reflecting the dark corners of my soul, my past, my hidden failure. Between the buildings slowly drifting are clouds morphing into broken windows, failed tests, lost friends. The ground a reflective glass reflecting all that is above me, with the occasional lie passing by in the void underneath. In the distance a small glimmer of hope, approaching to find water spraying out of the ground reflecting even more of the once forgotten past, stepping through all goes dark. Nothing to see, then bursts of light come on one at a time they light up memories, torturing my mind, stabbing my conscience, haunting my thoughts, but a small glimpse of hope coming toward me, a light lighting up the void, a... train.

What good is a day...
What good is a day gone by. What good is a day that has no start or end, no thought to bend. What good is a day that has no goal, no objective, and no... Girls. What good is a day gone by with no accomplishment. What good is a day that has no fear or sadness. What good. What good is a day on which you say, "I have failed". What good is a day to which comes and goes with no purpose. What good is a day with no night, with no love, and where you put up no fight. What good is a day that you do not feel change. What good is a day where you try to make change but are shot down at every turn. What good is a day that not one person can change. What good is a day that makes no start, that makes no line on the painting of history. What good is a day that has no follow, nothing to look forward on, to give you nothing to look back on. What good is a day on which you create nothing to share the past, or tell the present, or make the future. What good is a day full of nothing. What good is a day...
Writers Note-This is the first prompt I have done myself, I don't know what to think of it so... yea... Thanks for reading and please post some comments on what you think of it.

I'm Thinking About You...
I'm thinking about you like roses think of blooming, like writing thinks of thought, like ducks think of water. I'm thinking of you like bars think of stools, like kids think of pools, like April thinks of fools. I'm thinking of you like Gilligan thinks of nothing, like Lex Luthor thinks of loathing, like Marc Jacobs thinks of clothing. I'm thinking of you like a fireman thinks of a fire on the coast of Florida minutes before a hurricane hits, like a kindergartner thinks of ritz bits, like that ritz bit thinks of the combination of its cheese and cracker. I'm thinking of you like trees think of touching the stars on a cool summers night, like I think of the sparkles in your eyes last night, Moses thinks of... a blight. I'm thinking of you like "T" thinks of "V", like Mac thinks of Book, like i thinks of Mac. I'm thinking of you like bagels think of cream cheese, like breakfast thinks bacon, eggs, and toast. I'm thinking of you like beauty thinks you, like love thinks of hearts. I'm thinking of you like Kyle Whittingham thinks of U of U, like Calvin thinks of Hobbs, like 7 thinks of UP. I'm thinking of you like the sun thinks of a rainbow just after rain, like a rose thinks of bud, like a flower thinks of your hair. I'm thinking of... You.

Rock Out! Rock out like you won the golden globe. Rock out like it is the perfect summer day and you hit the beach on the your day off. Rock out like you got that new car you always wanted. Rock out like that stereo in your car at that street light in down town Manhattan, next to that girl you've always wanted to impress. Rock out like your little bro on that new rocking horse. Rock out like you just hit the perfect note on your guitar. Rock out like you just got promoted to the guy who gets to test the golf course the day before the public uses it. Rock out like you are the only one to get the perfect score on that huge final that determines and pass or fail. Rock out like you just got that new iPod. Intro
Jonathan Ive, the greatest industrial designer of all time, in my opinion, but you might of not heard of him so I'll shed a little light on him. At the moment he is Senior Vice President of Industrial Design at Apple Inc. so all those iPods, iPhones and Macs you have seen around are his design. He said once, "Get rid of anything that isn't absolutely essential" I love this quote, in my past writing I have always ran out of "stuff" to fill my paper so I have added useless "stuff" to fill it, but this quote has inspired me to get rid of that and only use what is "absolutely essential". I guess my writing has been like the out side of an iPhone I have left out what is inside the phone that makes it useable, my writing has looked good from a distance, but up close you can see there is nothing good in it. So if as you are reading my writing and it has parts that are of no use and are just a filler leave a comment for me so I can change it, after all I can't create an iPad in one night and have it be ready for retail.
I hope that I can take my writing closer to the level of skill that Jony Ive has for his design, but for me to do that I will need your help to get it all right, after all Jony has his assistants helping him with ideas and input.
Now that I have established a cause for this blog now to tell a little about me. I am in a creative writing class at Lone Peak High School and that is the reason I have this blog. As you can maybe tell I am a fanatic Mac user, you can ask just about any question about Apple I can give you an answer. I love a good action or comedy movie with a good snack like popcorn or twizzlers. The early spring when the world is starting to turn green and the tulips are just starting to bloom is the best time of the year, it is a new beginning in the long life of school a way to feel refreshed with out doing anything but taking the time to acknowledge the beauty of it.
